01

Using the app

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please don’t use the app.

You need to be at least 13 years old to have an account.

02

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has access to it, reset your password from the app and write to us.

We may suspend or remove an account that is being used to harass someone, to break the law, or to attack the service. We will tell you why unless we are not permitted to.

03

What you put in your book

The contents of your book are yours. We do not claim ownership of anything you write, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond running the service for you.

Because most of what you store is information about other people, you are responsible for keeping only what a friend would reasonably keep, and for honouring a request to be removed. Do not use PrendzBook to build lists of people for marketing, profiling, or any purpose the people in question would not expect.

04

Sharing and scanning

Showing your QR code shares the fields you have chosen to share. Anyone you show it to can save those details — treat it the way you would treat reading your number out loud. You can regenerate the code at any time, which stops every previous one from working.

05

The service itself

PrendzBook is provided as it is. We work hard to make it reliable and the app is built to keep working offline, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable, never lose data, or never contain a defect. Keep an export if something in your book would be painful to lose — the app can produce one at any time, and that is the honest advice.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

06

Price

The app is currently free. If that ever changes, existing accounts will be told in advance and the change will not apply retroactively.

07

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app, or see deleting your account. Deletion removes your account and its contents; it cannot be undone.

08

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and the app will tell you before the new terms take effect.

09

If part of this does not hold

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and PrendzBook about the app, and replace anything said before them.

10

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11

Contact and complaints

Write to prendzbook@gmail.com. The same address reaches the person responsible for grievances, who is the developer of the app. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
